We are pleased to invite you to the launch of our brand new book “The Materials of Service Design” published by Edward Elgar Publishing. The book is written and curated by Johan Blomquist, Simon Clatworhy, and, Stefan Holmlid. Among the many great contributors, some are by our very own members and close affiliates Olivia T. Harre, and Lene Nielsen. Other co-authors also include Rike Neuhoff, Luca Simeone, Lea Holst Laursen, Amalia de Götzen, Nicola Morelli from Aalborg University and the IT University of Copenhagen.

At this event, Editor Simon Clatworthy will be present to introduce the book, followed by a presentation of it in three short talks: “Materials of service design”, “Organisations as material”, and, “Thinking: an underexplored service design material”. The presentation ends with a short Q&A and a book signing.
