Lene Nielsen will talk at AccsoCon23 in Frankfurt on personas, which is a yearly conference for employees at the software company Accso. 

Personas has been around from more than 20 years. The method divides designers and developers as many has experienced poor application and little use of the personas. This talk will provide a very brief introduction to the persona method, why personas are important, how to avoid the pitfalls of poor implementation and no use. Furthermore, the talk touches upon why personas are important when working across different sites and cultures.

During the talk Lene Nielsen will present how personas integrate well with agile development and the new ´trend´ to use personas based on quantitative data.
